Mercury Modular provides full service development and design services to create your concession or merchandising systems to meet the exact needs of you and your customers.
 

Flexible manufacturing and assembly processes allow us to incorporate the equipment you need and specify.  Our designers work with various software tools to provide you with the renderings and illustrations you need to make informed decisions for project layout and equipment selections in order to maximize available space and optimize the efficiency of the workflow within the kiosk, cart, or building.

We begin with listening to you and understanding what your requirements are.  We begin with your brand or theme. Our goal is to have your new project fit into existing surroundings or make a statement about your brand.  Our designs are unique.  We begin with the design, move onto floor plans that address workflow requrirements, and if needed, we'll generate three dimensional renderings before we begin fabrication - just to be sure the projuct lives up to your expectations.

Our plans incorporate high quality professional grade restaurant equipment and food service items.  Electrical power systems are engineered in to adequately handle system demands.  Water systems can be self contained or utilize municipal water supplies.  Either way, you’ll get an NSF and UL compliant systems.
 

We work with your authorizing agencies to assure requirements are met including ADA compliance, and that the project meets local sanitary and electrical codes.  We’ll work with your lease holder to assure that when the project arrives on site the required utilities including electric, water, sewer, and telecommunications are there and ready for hook-up.
